In a calm space lined with old-fashioned utensils and furniture, the wooden craftsmanship of the counter is beautiful and exciting. The appetizers, such as Kintoki carrots and kelp with roe, were elegant and well-balanced in flavor. The sashimi, including fresh mackerel and fugu, had a strong umami taste. The tamagoyaki was sweet and fluffy, bringing a smile to my face. The fragrant grilled Aohata and the seared and sushi-style Yokowina tuna also left a lasting impression. The kelp-flavored dipping salt was exquisite, and combined with the attentive hospitality, I was able to enjoy a pleasant time.
