A hidden treasure trove of sushi

Known as an adult's hideaway, "Sushi Fukuzuka" offers exquisite pieces of sushi that emphasize the aroma and temperature of the fish. The dim lighting creates a special atmosphere, reminiscent of watching a theatrical performance. Thanks to the skilled craftsmanship of the chefs, the tuna and other fresh ingredients harmonize perfectly with the rice, creating a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The pairings with champagne, wine, and sake are also exceptional, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful ambiance.

Thoroughly controlled sushi served on the spur of the moment É for a first solo sushi debut I was able to enjoy the luxury of one-on-one service with only one pair per turn. I enjoyed the luxury of one-on-one service. I enjoyed the luxury of one-on-one service. The restaurant is dark and has a relaxed atmosphere. First of all, we were served rice before the rice was made! The sushi and the rice were so different from each other! The rice is then laid down to make the rice. Seven kinds of Yamayako's top brand tuna! The temperature of the rice is thoroughly changed depending on the ingredients, and the moment you put it in your mouth, it melts. It is irresistible. There are three types of rice: red vinegar, white vinegar, and red vinegar white vinegar. There are also three kinds of wasabi. There are also three kinds of gari (pickled ginger): spicy, sweet, and apple! This was the first time I had firefly squid nameko, and it was a real hit! The nigiri rice is really different depending on the item, so I was able to enjoy it all the time without getting bored. For drinks, we had white wine and sake, both highly recommended. It was my first time to try freshly pressed sake and it was very easy to drink! Even the desserts were thoroughly prepared. Ice cream is made right in front of you, and there is even a big scoop of honey! The monaka was very tasty and a perfect match with the cheese. I learned a lot as they explained each item in detail! I would like to visit again.

If you want to eat BARA-CHIRASHI even with a reservation, this is the place to go @Kagurazaka This is a counter-only sushi restaurant run by a sommelier and the owner, who is so knowledgeable about fish that he is called the "Sakana-kun of Kagurazaka" (⁉︎). We had lunch that day 😋. The bara-chirashi (a kind of jewel box of the sea)😍💕, including high quality tuna, salmon roe, sea urchin, tiger prawns, etc., is truly worthy of being called a jewel box of the sea. It was delicious. Advance reservations a must. ☺️ You can ninja it 😆.
