Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted with cheerful voices, and even the tanuki at the entrance feels warm and welcoming. There are table seats and tatami rooms, so you can relax without worrying about the number of people. The soba is white and smooth, with a pleasant texture and generous portions that bring happiness. The tempura of shrimp, perilla leaves, sweet potatoes, whiting, and eggplant is crispy and aromatic. The chilled stamina udon is well-balanced with grilled meat and vegetables, offering a gentle flavor that goes down easily. Finally, enjoying the aftertaste while sipping soba broth and tea, I felt my heart relax.
