The menu is the same as the evening menu. You can taste the essence of Yamashiroya Shozo's kyo kusshi kappou all at lunch time.
This plan is limited to 3 groups per day for a private room reservation. This plan is available for 2 persons or more.
After repeated trial and error and research, the "ultimate cutlet sushi" was born. A rice cutlet sandwich made to look like Hakata-ori. Organic Yamaka rice is made into eight portions and tightly closed with black vinegar. This sushi is as firm as a Hakata belt. Wrapped in a luxurious bamboo shoot skin, this elegant gem is used for business entertainment and memorial services. You can take it home as a souvenir for an additional 1,000 yen for each course. A perfect dish for entertaining guests, gifts for home, picnic lunches, theater snacks, and meeting refreshments. Katsu sandwich made with rice resembling Hakata weaving. The rice is sourced directly from farms in Shinshu and is polished to 80%, then finished with black vinegar. This sushi is firm like a Hakata obi. Large orders are also accepted. Please make a reservation by the day before.
As the final dessert of our monthly kaiseki course consisting of 8 dishes, we have been offering this to our customers unchanged since our opening. Due to high demand for takeout, we have commercialized it as Hojicha Ice 'Kunpu'. The aroma of freshly roasted tea leaves and the sweet yet bitter flavor are well received by everyone. We also accept delivery for gifts during the mid-year and year-end gift-giving seasons.
