This cuvée is made using Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, with 12-20% reserve wine blended in. The elegance and refinement brought by Chardonnay sourced from the finest vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, combined with the structure provided by Pinot Noir cultivated in the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, create a delicate yet well-structured flavor profile, enhanced by the finest grapes from the Aube region.

With a dazzling gold appearance, delicate bubbles rise continuously. Pure and rich aromas of candied citrus fruits, almonds, and spices. A fruity and smooth mouthfeel creates a beautiful harmony with the soft bubbles. The dense and rich fruitiness, lively acidity, and crisp saltiness create a tension-filled taste characteristic of Cristal. The long finish, which leaves a silky texture while feeling the saltiness, is also appealing.

With fruity aromas of white flowers, green apples, and pears, it has a lively and fresh fruitiness, while offering a friendly and soft touch that makes it easy to drink, with excellent balance. Although it is 'dry', the fruity and soft impression stands out. Additionally, the fragrance and sweetness of the fruit do not linger in the mouth, and the aftertaste is refreshingly crisp.

This exquisite product offers a delightful balance of refreshing fruit flavors accompanied by soft acidity and bitterness, harmonized with a mineral sensation. It presents a refined impression that adds sophistication to the casual essence typical of 'Soave'.

Aromas of yellow fruits such as quince and yellow peach, along with citrus notes, honey, and a hint of minerality. It has a dry mouthfeel accompanied by ripe fruit flavors, with a richness amidst the freshness, and a pleasant acidity with a slight saltiness that gives it an elegant outline. The finish is long and accompanied by umami. This is a delicate and supple white wine that reflects the beautiful terroir of South Africa and the earnest winemaking of Mr. Sato.

The appearance is a lemon yellow hue. Fresh fruit aromas reminiscent of lemon and pear rise, along with a rich scent akin to freshly baked bread. On the palate, a precise acidity and abundant minerality form a solid structure. The texture is smooth, and a subtle saltiness in the finish tightens the overall experience. This is a bottle that allows you to gradually enjoy refreshing fruit flavors.

Rather than a fruity and heavy fruitiness, it has a calm fruitiness reminiscent of Baron Cornacchia, with a slight bitterness akin to dried grapes, creating a very delicate and elegant atmosphere balanced with tannins.

Uses grapes from the coolest section of our own vineyard, where fresh and powerful fruits grow. The attack is smooth, but the ripe blackberry fruitiness and acidity spread throughout the mouth.

It has a concentrated feel, giving a rich impression, but you can sense both fresh and ripe fruits, with a slight refreshing mint-like flavor added, combined with elements of spice and barrel, creating a complex aroma.
