TOKYO FARM VILLAGE FARM BASEL

The menu offers a wide variety of dishes using milk and beef from the Isonuma Milk Farm, which is also a ranch, as well as vegetables from local farmers. The menu includes burgers, roasts, grilled vegetables, cakes, and other dishes that make the most of the ingredients, which you can enjoy while feeling the breeze of the farm.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Yamada Station on the Keio Line, the restaurant is situated in a facility on the hilltop of a farm, where diners can enjoy their meals while also viewing cows and sheep. The building makes use of wood and natural materials and has terrace seating, combining a sense of openness and a view of greenery that is hard to believe it is in the suburbs of a city.

TOKYO FARM VILLAGE had its grand opening on October 8, 2022 in Kobiki-cho, Hachioji City, Tokyo. It is a new facility created by Isonuma Milk Farm, a long-time ranch operator, under the theme of "from field and ranch to dining table.

Mr. Watanabe, who leads FARM BASEL, is the next generation of Keizo Watanabe, the founder of the confectionery brand "BASEL," and has created a new type of store that combines a farm, a direct sales shop, and a cafe. In collaboration with Isonuma Milk Farm and Nakanishi Farm, he aims to create a "store that will last for decades" by making the most of local food resources.
