The interior of the restaurant is spacious and calm, allowing for a comfortable seating experience. The freshly fried tempura has a light batter, and the aroma of the sakura shrimp kakiage is irresistible. The fish such as whiting, shrimp, squid, and horse mackerel are of good quality, and the black hanpen fried fish cake is delightfully crispy. The tuna yukke don is enhanced by a sauce with sesame oil and the creaminess of the egg yolk, complemented by the white shredded green onions and chopped seaweed. The sashimi, including sakura shrimp and shira-uo, is fresh and full of flavor. The simmered fish is not too strong in taste, and the ginger and white shredded green onions enhance the flavor, making for a very satisfying meal.
