The interior is new and clean, and it's very comfortable. I had a tempura rice bowl, and the batter was light and crispy, making it very delicious. In addition to eggplant and bell peppers, it was topped with shrimp, conger eel, sandfish, and a soft-boiled egg tempura, which provided a sense of satisfaction. The sauce is not too strong, enhancing the flavors of the ingredients. It pairs well with the rice, and I was happy to have miso soup, pickles, and a small side dish included. I even enjoyed a Japanese-style dessert after the meal, and the careful frying made me feel warm and content.
