Every morning, we split the fresh live eel from Mikawa and Kagoshima at our main store in the necessary quantities, skewer it, and grill it slowly over charcoal on our specially made grill. We deliver it in the best condition, and final cooking is done at each store, so you can enjoy it at its best. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes for serving.
