This is a cozy little shop centered around the counter, with a bright atmosphere that feels pleasant. The soba noodles are thin with just the right amount of elasticity, and they have a beautiful light color. The broth is rich in flavor with a gentle sweetness, and it's enjoyable to sprinkle a little salt on it to enhance the taste. The duck dipping sauce is full of umami, and once you dip it in the hot broth, you can't stop eating. The small side dishes and the seasoned rice are also made with care, and you can fully enjoy the soba water at the end. There are many dishes that pair well with sake, and the final zaru soba is served with a broth that allows you to feel the umami of the seafood, making for a satisfying conclusion.
