It's a standing bar style establishment, and the lively atmosphere made me excited the moment I walked in. First, the grilled Isaki (a type of fish) that was served had a crispy, fragrant skin, and the inside was fluffy, spreading the flavors of the sea. The white fish wrapped with condiments and seaweed was refreshing, and the pleasant aroma that followed was the best. The shrimp and Spanish mackerel nigiri on red vinegar rice had a perfect temperature and seasoning, and I felt happiness with each piece. There were also plenty of small plate options like potato salad made with taro and spicy peppers, which made me want to order more. While trying various types of sake that I could pour myself, I finished with a bowl of clam ramen, feeling very satisfied.
