A brewing sake with a refreshing dry taste (+8) and a gentle aroma. Good when chilled, even better when warmed.
A sake that is easy to drink even among aged sakes. It has a smoky flavor from aging and a rich taste. The aged sake, colored golden, is recommended to be served at room temperature to hot.
Named for its fragrant qualities similar to the 'porcini mushroom,' which is said to be the Italian matsutake, it has a rich and full aroma. A clear umami flavor can also be felt with a refreshing acidity.
Light and slightly dry. Crisp and refreshing with depth, this junmai sake pairs well with grilled fish and light dishes.
A sake that pursues the expression of the original flavor of rice, crafted with careful consideration of its compatibility with food, embodying a distinctly Kyoto policy. Great when warmed!
Maximize the goodness of the raw rice cultivated by the craftsman himself! A refined and modest ginjo aroma, with the beautiful umami of polished rice. It has a soft mouthfeel and goes down smoothly.
A slightly dry junmai sake with a sake meter value of +3.5. It has a soft flavor that brings out the umami of the rice. The pleasant acidity tightens the throat. Best served chilled to lukewarm.
The pure rice daiginjo sake brewed with the Koichi yeast 'CEL24', which is said to produce fruity and sweet sake, has a ginjo aroma reminiscent of apple and pineapple. Awarded a gold medal at a wine competition!
The gentleness and sharpness characteristic of Kido remain intact. A refined ginjo aroma and round umami gradually come to the palate, leaving a clean aftertaste. Enjoy it chilled, at room temperature, or warmed, paired with autumn flavors.
Using the sake rice 'Ipponjime', which is said to bring out the umami of rice, grown in-house and intentionally not polished too much, this sake allows you to enjoy the rich flavor of rice. The appeal is particularly pronounced when served warm or at a slightly cooler temperature.
