The grilled meat for lunch was very delicious and satisfying. The meat comes in a platter of five different types, allowing you to enjoy salt-grilled tongue, kalbi, loin, heart, and beef intestines. The thick salt-grilled tongue has a strong umami flavor, and the skirt steak is tender with marbling. The offal has a sweet fat flavor that spreads with each grilling. The side dishes include pickled cucumbers, seasoned greens, fernbrake, grilled pumpkin, miso soup, and rice, making for a good balance. For dessert, there is a choice of gelato, and with counter seating available, you can enjoy it comfortably even alone.
