The calm interior centered around the counter is new and has a sense of cleanliness. The set meals on the menu come with curry, and you can enjoy various combinations of tonkatsu and rice. The fillet is fluffy and tender, while the coating is crispy and fragrant. The loin is thick, and you can clearly taste the sweetness of the fat and the umami of the meat. There is a rich variety of condiments on the table, such as rock salt, white sesame, and two types of dressing, making it fun to change the flavors. The miso soup and pickles are also carefully made, resulting in a meal that was satisfying until the very end.
