Tokoyo-no Utage Course
With the nourishing taste of Kuro Satsuma chicken at its core, the restaurant offers grilled skewers of rare parts, small plates that reflect the season, and a wide range of delicacies to accompany the sake. The composition of grilled and raw, still and moving, is a one-night-only feast worthy of the name "Everlasting. To top off the meal, rice cooked in an earthenware pot and soup are served. This is a course that is the culmination of all that "Joze" has to offer, where the wonder of the food and the lingering taste of the sake resonate with each other. Pairing courses (+8,000 yen and up) are also available. If you would like to order a pairing course, please indicate in the "Remarks" column that you would like a pairing course for 10 persons.
