Shubu cheese flavor. The famous Shirakou and Muto-san's lamb with bones seems to cost an eye-watering amount in Tokyo, but this one with leg meat is incredibly tender. There is no sheep smell at all. They must be skilled at roasting! Why is it priced like this? September 13, 2010
Recently, raw corn has become popular to eat, but it is also delicious when made into a cold potage with its sweetness! Still, why is it priced like this? September 14, 2010
The Akkeshi oysters nearby are famous, but how do they become so delicious when wrapped in breadcrumbs? I tried to imitate it at home but failed (crying). Nevertheless, the pricing here is strange! In Akkeshi, LL-sized oysters are around 160 yen, but to further enhance the taste and effort at this price, what on earth? September 14, 2010
Mustard sauce. The duck meat, simmered for 4-5 hours, was not dry but fragrant. The bread for 200 yen was also exquisite, and just that filled my stomach. However, I also had one oyster. September 14, 2010
Dijon mustard dressing. Who knew fresh tsubu could be this delicious. It's no wonder this is one of the popular dishes here. Fantastic! September 16, 2010
Blueberry sauce with Uejyo blueberries. This year's Uejyo blueberries are large and sweet, making the sauce a perfect match for the 220-gram roast duck! And with 220 grams, it's so satisfying! September 16, 2010
