Black eel refers to the type of eel from Hokkaido, which is distinctively different. It has a rich, sweet flavor and a slightly darker color.
We luxuriously grilled a whole leg of the king of crabs, the 'Tarakaba Crab'! The aroma, flavor, and texture are all of the highest quality.
The birthplace of robatayaki. Nowadays, when we think of robatayaki, we think of fish, but it originally started with grilled meat and vegetables. Enjoy the traditional flavors and the taste of seasonal vegetables from Hokkaido.

Heated in an iron kettle over a hearth. In Hokkaido, this is called 'hitohada-kan' (warm to body temperature). Served in a special 'yunomi' (tea cup) from Fukutsukuri.
A sake made with Hamanasu flower yeast. Sweet.

Ginjo sake brewed with Hokkaido's premium sake rice 'Ginpu'. This is a limited distribution sake available only at select stores in Hokkaido. It is slightly dry.
It is reputed to be a hidden gem. This aged sake is born from carefully matured raw sake in a mud-walled brewery. Dry.
Junmai ginjo sake carefully brewed with rice from Hokkaido. It features a gentle sweetness and acidity, with a faint ginjo aroma that does not interfere with meals. Slightly sweet.
100% Yamada Nishiki, a Daiginjo sake released every November, limited to the Kushiro region. It is a rare sake with a small quantity available. Slightly sweet.
A luxurious yogurt liquor made with 100% Hokkaido milk. Its refreshing sweetness makes it recommended even for those who are not fond of alcohol.
Crab claws are grilled over charcoal and served with warm sake.
Based on Fukushi, it floats frozen sake from Kyoto.
