Located on the top floor of a hotel in Tenmonkan, this spacious rooftop offers stunning views of Sakurajima and the cityscape. The sophisticated, resort-like interior features Italian and grill dishes that highlight local ingredients such as Kagoshima black beef, black pork, and shirasu (whitebait), which are highly praised. In addition to wine, the bar offers Satsuma shochu and Satsuma whiskey, allowing guests to enjoy a leisurely experience from dining to bar time. A stylish bistro that stands out in Tenmonkan.

The rooftop seats with a direct view of Sakurajima elevate your mood the moment you arrive. The softly glowing lighting envelops you in a calm space, creating a resort-like comfort. The assorted appetizers are colorful, and the sweetness of the pumpkin soup is gentle and comforting. The main dish I ordered, the black beef and foie gras caillettes, was impressive as the moment I cut into it, juices and rich aromas burst forth. The pasta with shirasu and karasumi combined with fermented butter created a depth of flavor that brought a smile to my face. The Basque cheesecake we had to finish the meal was moist and, combined with the scenery, created a happy moment.
