The nabe is an exquisite dish of seafood and pillowy vegetables shabu-shabu with homemade ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) and sesame sauce. Of course, you can fully enjoy the bowls and sashimi before the main nabe dish.
You can enjoy dishes using seasonal ingredients such as seafood from the Toyosu Market and organic vegetables from the Pyrrole Farm at reasonable prices. A separate closing meal (omakase nigiri, etc. for +2,000 yen) can be added to the menu.
This course features rice cooked in a kettle with seasonal ingredients. You can always choose from two or three types of kettle cooked rice when you arrive at the restaurant on the day of your meal!
