Our recommended product is the freshly made 'smoked bonito flakes'. We carefully select fatty bonito, steam it, and then finish it by smoking it with oak firewood. It can be flaked by hand and used as an ingredient in salads or side dishes. The store is located inside the Yaizu Fish Center and has a bright and lively atmosphere. Among the fresh seafood and processed marine products, the staff carefully explains the products. It is a warm space that is loved by both tourists and locals.

Since its establishment, we have continued to produce smoked bonito using the hand-kamakura method, focusing on the manufacturing of bonito fillets. We use fresh bonito caught at the local Yaizu Port, and we are committed to handmade and freshly made flavors, providing high-quality products.
