Yakitōri Kushi-dō

In particular, the Yamagata Prefecture-produced Shirataka horse sashimi pairs exceptionally well with local soy sauce and is loved by many customers who visit. Additionally, there are menus featuring seasonal ingredients, allowing guests to enjoy the flavors of each season.
