We offer three types of somen noodles: regular, olive, and plum, on a daily basis. Enjoy them with a refreshing sauce made of olive oil and plum, a miso-based sauce combining moromi miso and white miso, or mixed with olive oil infused with chili peppers and la-yu.
Made with small shrimp from Seto Inland Sea, minced fish paste with pike conger and small fish, and finely chopped somen noodles as coating. Enjoy the fluffy inside, crispy outside, and delightful texture of these deep-fried balls.
We offer a colorful salad with onion slices, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and more.
