The grilled skewers are all exquisite, and you can be satisfied with either salt or sauce. The liver is very tender, has no odor, and has a smooth texture. The teppou (pork intestine), hatsu (heart), and tongue have a nice, firm texture, and the cooking is just right. The grilled offal is not too chewy and is moist and easy to eat. The simmered offal hot pot and liver sauce cutlet are also perfect for snacking, making you want to keep eating. It's a place where you can enjoy slowly tasting the skewers, whether alone or with friends.
