A long-term storage barley shochu made from 100% Nijo barley and stored in white oak barrels for over 3 years using single distillation. It has an amber color, a rich aroma unique to long-term aging, and a mellow taste.

By using a luxurious method of roughly removing both ends of the carefully grown golden senkan from the shirasu plateau, a clean finish without any strange smell is achieved.
