The ultimate food pairing sake brewed by the most scientific brothers in Japan
A fragrant aroma that stimulates appetite, reminiscent of freshly cooked rice, with a rich and thick finish. You can clearly taste the sweetness derived from rice, but it is not heavy; instead, the aftertaste is refreshing and rather light.
You can taste 3 types of sake recommended by our staff. You can also enjoy pairings that match your meal.

The name Jabara is said to be derived from its sourness, which is strong enough to 'drive away evil spirits.' Try this sour made with this liqueur that has a punch of sourness, bitterness from the peel, and umami!
The special brewing method of Jussui, combined with high concentration brewing, carefully envelops the flavor of the plum with a fine and rich umami. The delicate and sharp deep flavor is truly unique. The aroma of perfectly ripened plums from 'Noshiume' spreads throughout the mouth.
