Entering by the sign along the prefectural road, the interior is spacious with tables and tatami seating arranged comfortably. You can easily place orders using a tablet, and the first dish that came out was delicious. The meat was thick and juicy, and I was particularly surprised by the satisfying texture of the tongue and the fatty beef. The red meat platter was also of high quality with a rich seasoning that complemented the rice well. The cold noodles we ordered after the grilled meat had thin noodles and a refreshing broth with the aroma of perilla, making it perfect for a finishing touch. The large glasses and attention to takeout options also made me feel warm about the meticulous service.
