The black-haired wagyu beef, carefully selected by a certified meat specialist, is of high quality and very satisfying. The thickly cut meat has a substantial feel, and each piece in the assorted platter is delicious. The marucho is grilled and then cut with scissors, allowing you to fully enjoy its flavor. It seems that all-you-can-eat is the standard, and you can choose salt or sauce via a tablet, and it's convenient to order cold noodles or udon as well.
