Hakodate Ginza-ken is inspired by downtown Hakodate's Ginza Street. Guests can enjoy an elegant meal with a view of the hotel's signature garden. The Western-style menu has been loved since the Taisho era (1912-1926), The modern French menu incorporates low-temperature cooking and espuma. The full course menu is nostalgic yet new, and is unique to Kaikyo-no-Kaze. Please note that the menu is subject to change depending on availability. The images are for illustrative purposes only.
Please enjoy the first sip before your meal in the nostalgic atmosphere of Hakodate Ginza-ken. Those who are not fond of alcohol will be accommodated with soft drinks.
