I ordered the katsu curry from the menu and was first surprised by the impressive depth of the bowl. The curry sauce was of a light consistency, allowing the flavors of the meat and vegetables to come through strongly, and it also contained mushrooms. The katsu had a crispy coating and was tender on the inside, with the fat being light and easy to eat. The rice was packed tightly, and I kept progressing as I layered the curry and katsu. When I finished eating, a little message appeared from the bottom of the bowl, which made me a bit happy. There is a clever touch in the size notation, making it fun to choose the right amount for myself.
