Upon entering the restaurant, the flowing jazz and appropriate lighting create an immediately relaxing atmosphere. There are both counter seats and private rooms, which is nice as it allows you to spend your time comfortably depending on your mood. The appetizers are carefully prepared, raising expectations from the very first bite. The sushi has smaller rice balls, and the balance with the toppings is exquisite, with freshness spreading throughout the mouth. In particular, the octopus eggs and sea urchin were so rich that I felt they could only be experienced here, leaving me deeply impressed. The chef's thoughtfulness is felt throughout, making the dining experience itself a rich memory.

The stylish appearance of the building stands out even in the back streets, creating excitement. The live shrimp and squid taken from the tank inside are immediately prepared, allowing us to experience their freshness. The beer that was served first was well-chilled to the glass, elevating our spirits from the very first sip. The omakase included plump, large scallops and fragrant grilled eel, all of which were impressively delicious. The crispy grilled kinmedai was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and I was left with a lasting impression of being able to enjoy even the bones and skin. When I expressed my preferences for the nigiri, they responded gladly, and I was able to savor rich sea urchin, making for a happy time until the very end.
