走进店内，流淌的爵士乐和适度的照明，立刻营造出放松的氛围。这里有吧台和包间，可以根据当天的心情悠闲地度过时光。开胃菜制作精致，从第一口开始就让人充满期待。握寿司的米饭稍小，与鱼片的平衡恰到好处，新鲜感在口中蔓延。尤其是章鱼卵和海胆，浓郁到让我觉得只有在这里才能品尝到，令人感动。大厨的用心处处可见，整个用餐时光成为了丰富的回忆。

外观时尚，令人兴奋的建筑在小巷中格外显眼。店内从生簀中捞起的车虾和鱿鱼会立即被处理，让人能直接感受到新鲜度。最开始上来的啤酒冰镇得恰到好处，第一口就让人心情愉悦。随意点的菜品中，有鲜嫩的大扇贝和香气四溢的鳗鱼烧烤，每一道都令人感动的美味。外脆内嫩的金喜鱼让人印象深刻，连骨头和鱼皮都能享受。握寿司时，传达自己的喜好后，他们乐于配合，甚至能品尝到浓郁的海胆，直到最后都度过了幸福的时光。
