A Hidden Gem for Charcoal-Grilled A5 Wagyu Beef
Seitan, quietly located on the fourth floor of a building near Kiyosumi Shirakawa Station, is a new yakiniku restaurant that was born as a sister establishment to a popular spot in Monzen Nakacho. Known for its carefully selected A5 grade black-haired wagyu and rare Okuizumo wagyu, the restaurant grills the meat to perfection over charcoal in shichirin, earning a reputation for its excellent quality. The freshness of the sashimi and offal is also highly regarded. With a calm wooden decor, the counter and table seating cater to a wide range of occasions, from dates to solo dining.
