This yakitori restaurant, which has been around for many years, has a very comfortable atmosphere. The skewers grilled right in front of you are fragrant, the meat is tender, and the umami is distinctly felt. With a simple seasoning of salt, you can't stop eating the chicken wings and green onion skewers. The homemade pickled shallots and umeboshi provide a nice accent, making conversations flow easily. In addition to skewers, the minced cutlet, curry, beef short ribs, and chicken sashimi are all delicious and satisfying. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and it's delightful to be able to savor the freshly grilled items little by little.
