We are proud to offer dishes that are kind to the body, with a focus on ingredients. Our restaurant, Shun-sai 856, is named after Kagoshima's brand pork 'Yagoro pork'. The shabu-shabu, where you can fully enjoy the sweetness of the fat and its melting umami, is exquisite! The fat melts at 31.1 degrees, so you can eat it without feeling heavy, and the sweet taste of the fat gently melts in your mouth... Please enjoy the surprising deliciousness.
