Hot pot is a traditional Sichuan hot pot dish. The hot pot is a two-color hot pot: one is a very spicy soup based on Sichuan pepper and bean-paste, and the other is a refreshing clear soup containing red dates and wolfberries, so you can enjoy two different tastes at once.
Popular "Ma Katsudo" course! Hwasansho is a spice unique to Sichuan Province. It is said to numb the taste and remove moisture from the body.
