You can see the river from the window, and it has a quiet atmosphere that allows you to relax. They grill meat and vegetables right in front of you, and their skillful handling is impressive. The handmade sausages and marinated smoked meats release a rich flavor with every bite. The tenderloin is moist and soft, and the texture of the thinly sliced garlic is delightful. It's enjoyable to place the meat on the nicely grilled bread, and the corn soup allows you to taste the sweetness of the ingredients. The finishing touches of chocolate cake, fruit, and sorbet are all done with care, and the pace at which the dishes are served was pleasant.
