As I sit at the counter, a calm atmosphere flows, and my expectations naturally rise. The appetizers are vibrant, and the sashimi is beautifully presented, pleasing to the eye as well. Dishes like the fried mochi dumplings and the gratin of cod milt and taro showcase creativity, and each has a gentle flavor. The shrimp tempura is plump, and I was also impressed by the fluffy cod milt tempura. The sake can be chosen by the half cup, and it's delightful to be able to try rare brands little by little. Finishing with rice cooked with sea bream in a clay pot and a fragrant miso soup fills my heart as well.
