As soon as you enter, the warm air and singing mix together, creating a cozy hideaway feel. It's a small shop centered around the counter, so conversations naturally flow with the owner and the hostess, making it extremely comfortable even for solo visitors. The specialty dish of simmered sardines with plum is tender to the bone, and the refreshing taste of the plum lingers, making it easy to enjoy with drinks. A dish featuring thick shiitake mushrooms layered with shrimp and cheese is fragrant and juicy, bringing a smile to your face. The steamed dish of crunchy long bean sprouts wrapped in pork and the fluffy tsukune (meatballs) are also delightful with their flavor accents, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. With karaoke in between, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a carefree night.
