This is our premier course, featuring an upgrade in every aspect—from ingredients to techniques—from appetizers through dessert. Centered around Nara’s abundant local produce, you can savor exquisite dishes that incorporate luxurious, carefully selected seasonal ingredients (such as foie gras and premium beef). We also offer private dining rooms (accommodating up to 8 guests) that provide a sense of privacy. Since you can relax without worrying about those around you, we create the perfect atmosphere for a variety of occasions—from dinners with loved ones and pre-wedding meetings to corporate entertaining.
This dinner course features ingredients carefully selected by the owner, which change daily, to deliver a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience. At our restaurant, each dish is crafted using carefully selected vegetables from Nara—ingredients you won’t find anywhere else. We minimize the use of butter and heavy cream to highlight the natural umami of the ingredients, resulting in healthy, gentle dishes that nourish the body. This is our most popular lunch course, created with the hope that you’ll feel free to come and sample our cuisine. Focusing on ingredients from Nara, the owner carefully selects the freshest produce sourced that very day. Since the menu changes daily, you’ll discover new flavors every time you visit—that’s part of the charm. For the main course, we use carefully selected meats—such as “Yamato Pork”—and seasonal ingredients to offer a variety of dishes that bring out the natural umami of the ingredients to the fullest.
