We made a delicious curry using wild boar sourced from the deep mountains of Miima in Shinshu. We have carefully seasoned it to ensure that even those who are not fond of wild boar can enjoy it, resulting in a curry with no gamey taste whatsoever.
I want women to enjoy this! It's a very light curry rice. This is a flavorful yet light curry made with Italian tomatoes that pair perfectly with herbs like basil and mint.
