This is our recommended menu where you can enjoy our proud 'kamado-cooked rice'. The side dishes will vary daily and include 'Shinshu salmon sashimi', 'local specialty wild boar meat', and 'seasonal mountain vegetables and mushrooms'. We offer free refills of rice and unlimited pickles! We use locally sourced Koshihikari rice from Otari, cooked in a traditional earthen pot over an open flame.
