The rice is pesticide-free and fertilizer-free Sasanishiki from Tome City, and the miso soup is made with pesticide-free miso from Kyushu. The vegetables are pesticide-free and chemical fertilizer-free vegetables from Tome City, along with naturally grown vegetables cultivated at our shop (from April to December). We also use seasonings such as oil, soy sauce, and vinegar made using traditional methods. We aim to keep the seasoning simple so that you can enjoy the original flavors of the vegetables.

The sandwich ingredients also use homemade ham and bacon.
