The atmosphere is calm, with ample space between the seats, allowing for a relaxing experience. There are several courses available, and I appreciate being able to choose my own appetizers and main dishes. Each dish is carefully prepared, and the gentle flavors are pleasant. In particular, the dish featuring sea bream has moist flesh that pairs well with a subtly sweet and sour sauce. The service is also pleasant, conveying warmth, and I was able to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. It seems that the course offerings change monthly, and just thinking about what combinations to try next is exciting.
