The response during the reservation phone call was polite, and I felt good from the very beginning. When I was seated, the staff warmly welcomed me, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. First, the chicken sashimi I ordered had a fragrant skin, and the sweetness spread as I bit into it, which was impressive. Next, the charcoal-grilled local chicken had a crunchy texture and an exquisite smoky aroma, making it hard to stop eating the rice. The freshly fried tonkatsu and the individually ordered fried chicken were also crispy and juicy. Every dish seemed to pair well with alcohol, and even though I was full, it turned into an enjoyable meal where I kept using my chopsticks until the end.
