Our proud Kashmir-style curry! The slightly thin, soup-like curry is exquisite. It pairs perfectly with green tea whiskey! Inspired by a long-established Indian curry shop in Tokyo during the master's youth, this dish has been uniquely researched and I hope to spread it in Fukuoka in the future... A must-try.
