The 'miso flavor' created after years of trial and error since our establishment is a secret taste made using a blend of several types of miso from Kyushu. The ingredients used are carefully selected, utilizing only domestic small intestines. This 'miso flavor,' crafted through meticulous selection, offers a taste that sets it apart from other establishments.
The 'Soy Sauce Flavor' soup from Yamachu is a broth that considers the umami components seeping from the ingredients, featuring a perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness based on a light soy sauce.
