Once started as a small personal barbecue restaurant with only two employees. We aimed to create a place that the local people would find comfortable, truly delicious, and safe to eat. After ten years, we began expanding the business as a company. Since it was a family-run establishment, the most important values are teamwork and creating a rewarding and low-stress work environment. Regarding product sourcing, we continue to work with suppliers we have been with since opening, selecting meats that match our preferences.
