The grilling of the eel is exquisite, with the skin perfectly crispy and fragrant. The hitsumabushi can be enjoyed first as is, and then with a change of flavor using wasabi, green onions, and shredded nori. When you pour dashi over it at the end, it turns into a chazuke style, enhancing the deliciousness of the sauce even more. As soon as you open the lid of the box, a wonderful aroma spreads, bringing a sense of happiness. The accompanying pickled vegetables provide a nice accent, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The calm atmosphere centered around the tatami seating is pleasant, and the convenience of phone reservations for takeout is great, plus coffee is provided after the meal, which is satisfying.
