Based on the taste that the long-established store has been protecting for over 40 years, this special curry, which combines domestic Wagyu beef and the secret dashi of Tetsumen in a exquisite blend, is absolutely addictive!
Our wheat flour is used only in limited famous shops in the authentic Sanuki region, and in Honshu, only our shop distributes it. We faithfully adhere to the Sanuki method and make it with sincerity.
The combination of the udon broth with the owner's commitment and domestically produced Japanese beef brings out the quality of the beef and creates a more refined broth. Please enjoy it.
The eggs used in our restaurant are sourced from specialty stores, rich in flavor and high in nutritional value. You can feel the difference just by looking at them. It is a masterpiece that allows you to appreciate the deliciousness of the eggs.

Our rice flour ramen is made with noodles developed by our master, utilizing years of outstanding experience and top-level technology from Japan. It is the first noodle in Japan to be created with a three-layer structure.
