A premium natural mineral water with a slight effervescence, presented to King Louis XIV by his physician in 1650. For over three centuries, it has been an essential presence at the Palace of Versailles. Known as 'the Don Perignon of water,' its source is located in the Auvergne region, west of Lyon in central France. Due to a limited extraction volume of one million liters per year, it is extremely rare. With a hardness exceeding 1100, this mineral water is rich and full-bodied, offering a unique taste that cannot be replicated by human hands, with its depth and delicate bubbles intertwining. Beyond its mineral composition, it carries a global historical significance and an authoritative narrative, making its overwhelming presence akin to that of champagne, with elegant bubbles and a refined taste that allows one to experience the luxury of the nobility of that era. Hardness 1158, Calcium 383mg/l, Magnesium 49mg/l.
Organic mineral water nurtured by the beautiful nature of the Cambrian Mountains in central Wales, UK. It features a refreshing taste that pairs well with various dishes and has no strong aftertaste. The name Ty Nant means 'cabin by the river' in Welsh, and it has an ideal balance of calcium and magnesium at a ratio of 2 to 1, combining clarity and depth. Hardness 102.25, Calcium 22.5mg/l, Magnesium 11.5mg/l.
Characterized by fine bubbles that enhance the taste of meals and a refreshing aftertaste. It keeps your mouth feeling fresh even with richly flavored dishes. 'Refreshing yet flexible enough to enhance the flavors of individual dishes.' Hardness 674, Calcium 185mg/l, Magnesium 52.5mg/l
Scandinavia is home to the world's famous fjords and has some of the best water sources. This pure water is sourced from beneath the ice rocks in southern Norway, which has been protected for hundreds of years. The bottle design of this water, which means 'waterfall' in Norwegian, was created by Calvin Klein designer Neil Kraft. It is also very popular among international celebrities, famously enjoyed by Madonna. Hardness 11.7, Calcium 3.46mg/l, Magnesium 0.75mg/l
It stimulates the palate without overwhelming it, offering a velvety mouthfeel and a soft, smooth finish. It enhances the flavors of dishes beautifully. The Tuscany region, renowned for its wine production, is the source of this water, originating from the hilly area of Scalperia, which was once a hunting ground for the Medici family. The spring depicted on the label is designated as a nature reserve, continuously producing this water with a delicate taste, which is close to soft water but classified as medium-hard water. In other words, it is a natural mineral water with a hardness level familiar to the Japanese. Hardness 106, Calcium 32.8mg/l, Magnesium 6.6mg/l.
The 'Drinking Spring Power' nurtured by the local nature of Tochigi is a hot spring water rich in minerals. Snow and rain that have fallen on the mountains of the Nasu Highlands permeate deep underground and are polished over many years by Shirakawa stone and granite, resulting in this natural mineral water. With a hardness of only 5.4 pH, it is an astonishingly soft water compared to the average hardness of tap water in Japan, which is 60. One sip flows smoothly through the body, making it very delicious. Additionally, research by a PhD in physical sciences indicates that it has a strong ability to dissolve oils, and it has been found that the clusters of this water, with a pH value of 9.1, are fine alkaline water that enhances enzyme activity. This water is packed just 20 meters from the source of the hot spring water. It is non-heated and additive-free, capturing the taste at the moment it is drawn. Hardness 5.41, Calcium 2mg/l, Magnesium 0.1mg/l.
